Friendly and helpful staff all the time. The location is amazing - it's really close to a mountain railway line. There's also a bus stop just 100 meters away. 🏔️

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was newly remodelled. Location: the hotel was right by the centre of St Gervais as well as the ski lift Bettex. I had some drinks at Brasserie du Mont Blanc, positioned 200 metres away.

Felt special, no reason to complain

The staff at this boutique hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our romantic escape. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. the location was perfect for exploring the charming village and enjoying the local attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary parking nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the area with ease.

It was quite inconvenient to haul our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Another downside was the noise level at night, as the hotel is centrally located.

Traveling to France frequently, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay at Hotel Val D'Este. The central location allowed for easy exploration of the town's food and drink scene. The cleanliness of the hotel and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The balcony overlooking the main town area provided a quiet spot with beautiful views, perfect for people-watching. We can't wait to return and enjoy another Kir Royal.

This place is fantastic and it's a gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with a marvelous location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Le Parc Thermal.

They made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the main square of Saint-Gervais. We were able to find free parking nearby and there was a convenient spot to drop off our luggage. The rooms were comfortable, with fluffy and warm bedding. The breakfast offered traditional European fare, with high-quality croissants and bread. There was also an espresso machine available for coffee lovers. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Saint-Gervais.
